Dear Friends,
As visitors my wife and I were grateful for the warm welcome we received this morning and the encouraging fellowship. I last attended Concord Baptist when David Baker was minister and ran an organisation called Pommies Palaaver for British migrants. I was the lecturer in theology at SMBC, at that time.
Thank you for the plug for Scripture Union notes, I have been using them for 70 years! My wife used to work for Scripture Union in London.
It was good to catch up with Dr Wal Utber who was the college doctor for SMBC.
May the Lord bless your ministry in the Concord area.
