Our Leadership

		Jono Smith \| Senior Pastor Jono became the Senior Pastor of Concord Baptist Church in early 2015, after 7 years as Associate Pastor. He completed a Master’s of Divinity at Morling College, and was accredited and ordained with the Baptist Union in 2011. Jono comes with a background in marketing and an uncanny love of all things chilli. He is blessed to be married to Ruth and they have two beautiful children, Nathaniel and Jessica. Jono loves sharing life with people; eating and celebrating God’s goodness. He is also passionate about opening up God’s Word so that together we might know Jesus Christ and follow in His footsteps.
		Warren Griffin \| Associate Pastor After 13 years of serving as the Senior Pastor of Concord Baptist Church, Warren stepped back into the Associate Pastor role in early 2015. He is married to Barbara and they have 3 children – Matthew, Joshua and Emily. Before commencing at Concord, Warren was involved in Interdenominational work, which entailed him travelling extensively around NSW teaching and motivating young adults and others to consider both Mission and ministry opportunities in Australia and overseas. He comes out of a banking background and has also done studies in Public Relations and Marketing. He is passionate about preaching and pastoral care. Warren is ably supported by Barbara, who is an Organizational Psychologist and works as a Senior Researcher at Macquarie University.
